Hello, I am currently living in Belgium, 3 years ago I got invited as an artist to participate in a group exhibition in Melbourne. We (my husband and I) stayed for three weeks. Met some great people and overall enjoyed our stay. Last year we returned, again for an exhibition, and of course stayed longer. That time we really fell in love with the country, the culture and for sure the people. At this moment we are counting the days to go back (december/january) to see our friends, have a third exhibition and explore more of the country and culture. Also we are starting to check things to see if we can have a work permit so we can relocate. As an artist I will not be on the skilled occupation list :) but my husband makes a better chance working in a multinational here in Belgium that also has Australian departements. He speaks 4 languages so we hope that could help finding a job… we already discovered some rules and regulations concerning immigration, but we still have a lot of questions…
