I finished medical tests at the first of May, now I'm waiting to the immigration department reply

my questions are:

1) How long shall I wait? regarding I finished the medical tests and the hospital had sent them to New south Wales at the first of May

2) My boss closes his mobile phone a lot, and leaves a message that his number is error number, he means to dodge from some clients of his, but his accounting office phone number – where I work for 10 years now – is working fine, so I was wondering what happens if the immigration department called him on his mobile phone and heard that message that his number is error, will they call the office or not?

3) if some trouble of that kind came on my way, shall the immigration department inform me or not, and after how much time they will inform me?
